The French Kitchen has adapted traditional Provençal cuisine into a sophisticated summer BBQ course, inspired by the south of France and served on its welcoming terrace.
The course includes five imaginative appetizers that range from cured ham and melon with pastis jelly to tartine Niçoise. The main dish is a BBQ skewer, or brochette, that includes three delicious meats: beef sirloin, pork in lemon and honey and chicken in yogurt and olive oil.
Served with a range of free-flow plans featuring Champagne or sparkling wine, this course combines the timeless BBQ with Provence’s unique culture and cuisine.

*Served in four timeslots: 5:30 p.m./ 5:45 p.m./ 7:45 p.m./ 8:00 p.m. *Seating is limited to two hours. The last order will be taken after 90 minutes.
