LOVE FROM THE LOUVRE

Love is a fundamental human emotion that has long been depicted in art. From paintings based on Greek and Roman mythology to passion and sorrow in people’s daily lives, it is inescapable in the creative medium. Love in the Louvre explores this layered emotion through an exhibit of 73 Western paintings specially selected from the Louvre’s vast collection. When: June 27–Sept. 24
